Jim Larsen, owner of Larsen Construction, has worked in the home improvement industry for more than 25 years, specializing in replacement windows and doors.
His prior experience working for other companies in the industry helped him to understand that referrals wouldn’t come if the installers working for him weren’t satisfying their customers.
He decided that his own company must be based upon customer satisfaction. Jim has concentrated on hiring the best installers and paying them more than the industry standards.
His installers, supervised by the vice president of construction, Jarek Weglowski, Jarek has over 20 years of construction experience and over 14 years experience installing windows and doors. Jarek joined Larsen Construction about 13 years ago and with Jim have built a professional company with an excellent reputation.
Our office is run by our operations manager Monique Parnell she joined us about 4 years ago and has greatly improved our internal operations and our communications with our current and prospective customers.
Larsen Construction is a team effort and we’re always trying to improve our services.
